
Judge Leroy Franklin Box (small-son of the founder of the St. Clair County, Alabama and the first Henry J. Robert Casilla 1765-1835) was born April 9, 1837 in Ragland, county St. – Clair, Alabama on the farm of the Coosa River near Father. He was elected Circuit Judge of the District Court septième 3 times. Judge Whitlock rejected by a large majority of two one. Leroy first studied medicine chest, which was fascinated. Then he began to study law and become lawyer in Ashville, St. Clair County, Alabama who became his new passion and life.
One day while he was in the courtroom presided received alarming news about his son Albert Eugene Box (as shown by the Alabama Department of Archives and History of St. Clair County, Alabama.) In a handwritten note from his wife Sarah Vendegrilt Fort, said his son was seriously ill. Security judge rushed to the bedside of his son in his luxury hotel immediately after hearing the news. Eugene Albert Box (May 30, 1869-août 2, 1887), a student at the University of Alabama St Clair County, and the only son of Mr. Leroy-Fort Franklin, died several days later from malaria in the young age of only 18.
Less 8 years later, Judge Leroy Franklin died from a heart box, while the presidency in his courtroom at City Edwards, Ala., 26 March 1895. Justice Fund was buried in the cemetery of Ashville in St. Clair County, Alabama, after a service of preparing the church and funerals complete many parents, some of its officials, thousands of friends and admirers of the community. Among members of the family attended his funeral her grand-son, Bernard Franklin Embry was named after him, and also was a judge and mayor of Pell City, Alabama.
Judge Leroy Franklin Box was known throughout the state of Alabama as having multiple offices, elected by the people's hands. He was described as simple, honest, educated and pleasant, but quiet and self-disciplined. In 1870 (the year of his great-nephew William Clements was born in St. Clair Box County, Alabama, who later became an influential man who was loved in his community after immigrating himself and his family to County Cherokee, Oklahoma and has written numerous publications), has been elected to the Alabama legislature, and became the State Superintendent State Board of Education, St. Clair County, Alabama. There was also a school teacher and a
Mayor in the early days. Also escaped Appeals narrowly escaped death while bravely serving as a lieutenant of the 10th Alabama Infantry Regiment, CSA, as shown in Wilcox Brigade boxes of books and List of Confederate soldiers, 1861-1865, Volume II, Broadfoot Publishing Company, 1995. Judge Leroy Fund Franklin died before he could finish his 3rd term as Circuit Judge of the Seventh District of Alabama.
