I used oatmeal shampoos, moisturizers, shampoos, dandruff shampoos, even I tried to use too much packaging. You can not get rid of dandruff in my Rottweiler. My other dogs do not have this problem. As many have said, it could very well be the diet your dog. I also had the same problem, but was unrelated to his diet, but allergies and the flakes were the result of Benin where hot. We also tried all shampoos in the market, even in dog shows and trying all the alternatives they had. What really erase anything when I finally just tried the " Head and Shoulders dandruff shampoo for humans. Pert Plus works well too. Never had scaly skin, and any real possibility of hot spots has been too. My husband and I want to have a new dog (puppy really). We know and understand what is going to have a great dog, my dog will be fourth and I think its 10 th (his parents were like 6 dogs while he was growing up), if we are not novice owners and intend to train the dog and what not. We have one year to two years and one of the reasons we chose these races was that the two are supposed to be really good with kids. I guess you can not attest to the San Bernardo. That's racing I've seen seriously if bitten by a child, and have doubts about that time. I klnown some who were very good. The advantage of this race is that you can select the "soft" or reduce the hair preparation short. And I've never seen one that was about 300 pounds !!!!!!!!!!!!! I Newfs and have them since 1991. I love the breed. I raised three children with newfs. They are very good with children, especially near water. I leave my children in the water. herds, or the Try it. It is very funny. The biggest one that I see is the food we feed our pets. Did you know that most of the food we feed our dogs (or we get from the store) is made of corn.
Dogs can’t digest corn and it has petroliem products in it, as in the same stuff they make gasoline out of. Dogs can live 20 or more years, but they don’t because the food they eat slowly poisions them. Any way sorry to go off on a tangent, I just passionate about taking car of our dogs the right way.
