What's the skinny on the use of aspirin for people (ie, enteric-coated low-dose) in dogs with arthritis?

My Boston Terrier is 13 + and is firm on its hind legs, after sitting for some time. I looked into pet feeders, dog and analgesics are so expensive!

81mil Coated Aspirin used to give my dog and he was fine at first, then began to change stomach.Baby aspirin does the same and does not seem to help. I found by Hartz Joint Maintenance and it was wonderful her.It is available in two strengths, depending on your dogs weight. any store that carries supplements for animals company owes. I mine in Wal-Mart.It is more expensive than aspirin, but costs $ 8 per month myself.
