Rottweiler change the colors?
History of our dogs: We have a rottweiler of whole blood. We visited the breeder and I see both parents and have registration papers. I think the father was a quality show and the mother could have been, but it was certainly a beautiful rottweiler. The puppy we purchased was "company quality "because we wanted it only for reasons of friendship, not View or race. She has two years and the black of her hair now shows a total of brown below. It seems as if he shaved his hair just a quarter inch, will be solid brown! Question: I'm not worried too, but have you seen a robbie eventually become completely brown? Thanks for the feedback so far! We feed only the Iams dog food (and a piece of bread every morning when I cook dinner for my family by the day). I hope this is not Iams because it's hard.
Plenty of sunshine will change the background color of the dogs that are Rotten mantle, but can be coated with red. This is not an AKC approved color. Not that they were looking for a show dog, but anyway they do not come that color sometimes. I found this link to you on the coat color of Rotter and why some are red. I copied this link. But please read the information in the link, which mentions that there are some health risks associated with this genetic defect. (A Red Rottweiler "carries a genetic problem that prevents the presentation of the characteristic dress of the black base color. It is a recessive gene which, when expressed, gives the appearance of a light brown or reddish color of the base layer with light brown markings.)

Dogs can’t digest corn and it has petroliem products in it, as in the same stuff they make gasoline out of. Dogs can live 20 or more years, but they don’t because the food they eat slowly poisions them. Any way sorry to go off on a tangent, I just passionate about taking car of our dogs the right way.
Great information! We have a pet shop in Ankara / Turkey
