Beagle dog .. Help please answer!?

Okay so my sister and I recently moved Beagle took 6 years with her. For Home future simply is not the same without my dog, I get a new beagle. and we do not want a puppy, it's just too much noise and that, if we get a beagle more young as 1-3 years. Does anyone know any good adoption Beagle in New Jersey? y. The new Beagle will get along with my old beagle if they ever meet? My father told me that since they are the same race will probably agree that beagles wishes to stay in a pact. so idk? Thanks:)
